Taking the Law into your Own Hands could put you in Jail?

Two brothers who snatched a burglar face charges for kidnapping the thief. It turns out that the victim who is the burglar, stole a laptop and a camera from the brothers’ house. The brothers then managed to find him but what happened next is just unbelievable.

If the brothers simply called the police without entering the thief’s house, this could’ve been a successful citizen’s arrest story (how hard is it to dial 911?), however, the brothers decided to take the law into their own hands and proceeded to do justice on their own terms. First they entered the thief’s residence, whacked the burglar's knees with a pipe numerous times, and then physically punched and kicked him… they then proceeded to tie his hands with electrical wire and forced him into a car.

It turns out that their next destination was to go to a secluded area called Marbo cave to do who knows what but by sheer dumb luck, the brothers’ own mother called the police and unknowingly rescued the burglar from his demise.
